Flagship Project

Badia Al Sham Hotel is one of the company’s flagship hospitality projects in Deir ez-Zor, developed under a long-term BOT investment agreement for 20 years in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism.

The project involved the comprehensive rehabilitation and revival of a facility that had suffered extensive damage and vandalism due to exceptional circumstances. This required advanced expertise in structural assessment, deep restoration, and full-scale redevelopment.

The scope of work was delivered as a complete 360-degree solution, covering architectural redesign, specialized hospitality fit-out, technical systems, and operational readiness.

The works included the full redesign of guest rooms, royal suites, bungalows, halls, restaurants, kitchens, event spaces, and swimming pool areas. The project also involved complete furnishing for international-standard kitchens, restaurants, and event halls, along with the supply of custom-designed carpets and professional hotel lighting systems.

On the technical side, the project included the full implementation of MEP systems, plumbing, central HVAC, surveillance systems, and integrated security solutions.

In addition, the company equipped the hotel with the required software infrastructure, including accounting and hotel management systems, enabling the hotel to operate as a fully integrated hospitality facility.
